DESCRIPTION:Further to our AGM at the beginning of March I can confirm that we have filled our initial tranche with 25 cars pledged. We may be able to get some more spaces\, so please let me know as soon as you can if you would like to put your car on our Club Stand. As in previous years we will be situated in the grounds of Sherborne Castle in Dorset\, amongst a host of car clubs and several hundred car enthusiasts.Ticket prices have been held at last years. \nTickets are £15 and covers each car: show entry for maximum of 2 adult occupants per car\, free show guide and exhibitor car pass. It is run by our neighbours in Western Region in a stunning setting. \nThis event is by individual entry\, although a number of Devon members attend. DESCRIPTION:The annual Sherborne Classic and Supercar Sunday is just 3 weeks away (16 July) and we are on track for another bumper display. Last year we had 40 cars on our stand\, with 30 from Wessex and 10 from our South Wales colleagues . We are doing the same this year but I only have a few tickets available. \nBefore we advertise wider I want Wessex members to have first dibs. A ticket is £15 and gets you\, your car and occupants into the display field\, which is adjacent to the castle and it’s stunning grounds. There will be many other car clubs and individual entries covering most marques\, some trade stands and catering so all in all it makes for a great family day out. \nPlease contact me directly if you would like a ticket.

SUMMARY:Cancelled - Southern Concours
DESCRIPTION:It is with much regret that unfortunately we will be cancelling this event as once again we are struck with COVID restrictions. \nAfter much deliberation we feel that the uncertainty of whether restrictions will be lifted does not allow us enough time to prepare for this event. We also do not wish to committ to any further costs for an event that may or may not happen or have poor attendance due to travel restrictions. It is very difficult and challenging for our committee to get involved with the organisational elements required to hold these events with the current lockdown restrictions in place. We take extreme pride in the events we organise and without the great team of volunteers who give up their time very generously they would not be able to go ahead.
