DESCRIPTION:The original event was postponed due to HRH Queen Elizabeth 2nd passing. Also the organisers have now included the option of pay on the gate £10/car(both options). Currently we are allowed 13 cars but are anticipating this to be increased to 20 BMW’s. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nArt Tickets\nAt Delapré Abbey\, we’ve worked hard to create a visitor experience that we can all enjoy together. We’ve taken care to think about how to design and adapt our historic spaces by providing wheelchair accessible lifts and ramps\, and accessible toilets.\ndelapre-abbey-preservation-trust.arttickets.org.uk\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are in competition with MB for space on the Lawnwhich is a pride of display area. DESCRIPTION:Central and Thames plan to visit Rousham (all members welcome) House and Gardens on the 4th September eta 11am\, We can display our Cars in the Courtyard provided we have at least eight 8 BMW’s cars to display. Otherwise Members can park the Public Car Park which can accommodate up to 12 cars. Normal House Rules for visiting public will apply including visiting hours and time your eta to suit\,\nSubject to interest I would be happy to negotiate for the use of the courtyard but will need confirmation from those who wish to come\, by Thursday 1st September (noon) or sooner please.\nFor Directions please see link below\nhttps://rousham.org/\nOR : Rousham is roughly 12 miles North of Oxford and about a fifteen minute drive from junction 9 of the M40. You can get directions for driving to Rousham from Google Maps. The postcode for Rousham is OX25 4QX.\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nRousham\nA favourite of many great garden designers\, in his ‘Around the World in Eighty gardens” Monty Don says “Kent is the great genius of eighteenth-century garden design and Rousham is his masterpiece\, one of the greatest gardens in the world”\nrousham.org\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRousham Gardens are open every day of the year from 10 am. Last admission is at 4.30 pm and the gardens close at dusk. Tickets for the garden are £8 per person and can be purchased on arrival.\n\n\n\nDogs are not allowed in the gardens. Turn right in Great Staughton onto the B645. Kimbolton is three miles beyond Great Staughton. From the south on the A1: Leave the A1 westbound on the B645 just north of St Neots signposted Rushden. Once on the B645\, Kimbolton is clearly signed and is reached after approximately six miles. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nFrom the north on the M1 via the A14: Leave the M1 at Junction 19 and join the A14 travelling east bypassing Kettering and Thrapston. At the T-junction turn right for the Preparatory School and left for the Senior School.  From the south on the M1 via the A45: Leave the M1 at Junction 15 and join the A45 bypassing Northampton\, Wellingborough and Rushden. At Rushden follow the signs for Bedford on the A6. After travelling one mile on the A6 towards Bedford turn left on the B645 signposted Kimbolton.
