DESCRIPTION:We will hold another Treasure Hunt on Sunday 27th November\, themed around Lighthouses. Meet at the Harbour Drive North Car Park\, River Drive\, NE33 1LH at 10:00. You will need a pen and a GPS navigator. Instructions\, clues and questions will be supplied at the starting point. The route will take you about 2½ hours\, and is designed to take us all to a suitable spot for a lunch meet at the end of the hunt. Scoring will take place later\, with winners announced on the following Monday. Essential points will be earned by sharing entertaining and creative photos along the way. DESCRIPTION:Central Concours\nDate: Sunday 23rd October 2022\nVenue: Stone Manor\, Kidderminster\, DY10 4PJ\nWe have preferential rates with Stone Manor Hotel if you wish to stay – simply state “BMW Car Club” upon booking and you will receive a discounted rate for bed and breakfast. \nJudging will commence at 10.30am and we will look to complete judging by 3.00pm and announce the results along with a small\, fun raffle by 4.00pm. The event will be judged using the Pride of Ownership scoring approach. \nIf you would like to attend\, please pre-book by calling the Club Office on 01970 267 989. Entry is £10 and this is purely so that we can cover a small portion of the costs involved in running the event. \nMoving forwards\, we will be looking to have at least three regional concours events each year so that there is a spread across the country as well as the usual National Concours event. \nI hope to see as many of you as possible at Stone Manor on 23rd October!

Also the organisers have now included the option of pay on the gate £10/car(both options). Currently we are allowed 13 cars but are anticipating this to be increased to 20 BMW’s. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nArt Tickets\nAt Delapré Abbey\, we’ve worked hard to create a visitor experience that we can all enjoy together. DESCRIPTION:Our next monthly breakfast meeting will be on Sunday 9th October 2022. We meet from 10.00am to 11.30am at Black Horse Beamish\, Red Row\, Beamish\, Co. Durham\, DH9 0RW. Please be there for 10am prompt if you want to join the buffet breakfast. The Black Horse Beamish is just a short distance off the A1 so is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We usually have a good variety of Alpinas and BMWs – classics\, moderns\, daily drivers and a scattering of Ms. Non-BMWs are also OK! Look for the big group somewhere in the pub building\, or hanging around the cars down by the Car Barn on a sunny day. This meeting is open to members and non-members.

DESCRIPTION:Barry Giles\, the Bodyshop Manager at Vines of Guildford has kindly offered club members a tour of his bodyshop so we can see the latest BMW approved repairs\, methods\, technology\, wheel refurbishment etc. \nAs well as undertaking insurance work they are able to offer services to our members who may require repairs\, paintwork\, restoration work etc\, and will be happy to offer advice and costs to anyone who wishes to bring their vehicles back to original condition. If your car is already in pristine condition\, it would be interesting to see what they can achieve anyway in case required on future occasions.

SUMMARY:BMWs at Beamish
DESCRIPTION:Sunday 25 September – NECPWA End of Season Show at Beamish Museum. We will have a club stand again this year at this great show that offers both a great variety of cars and the whole of the Beamish Museum to enjoy. You will need a NECPWA Tyneside Rally Season Ticket  (http://necpwanorth.org/download.php?view.15). Cost is £5 per car (including driver and one passenger). This is significantly cheaper than the usual Beamish Museum entry charges. Unfortunately due to NECPWA and Beamish rules this is only open to pre September 2000 cars. On the day we will meet in the Black Horse Beamish car park at 9:30am before driving over to the show at 10:00am.
