DESCRIPTION:Our next monthly breakfast meeting will be on Sunday 14th April 2024. We meet from 10.00am to 11.30am at Black Horse Beamish\, Red Row\, Beamish\, Co. Durham\, DH9 0RW. Please be there for 10am prompt if you want to join us for breakfast at discounted club rates. The Black Horse Beamish is just a short distance off the A1 so is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We usually have a good variety of Alpinas\, BMWs and Modern Minis – classics\, moderns\, daily drivers and a scattering of Ms. Non-BMWs are also OK! Look for the big group somewhere in the pub building\, or hanging around the cars down by the Car Barn on a sunny day. This meeting is open to members and non-members.

DESCRIPTION:We are invited to a private open morning at The Wheel Specialist\, Ferndown on Saturday 6th April\, starting at 10am.  Hot drinks\, bacon rolls and biscuits will be provided.  There will be a demonstration of powder coating refurbishment and diamond cutting.  Experts will be available with whom you can discuss any concerns or improvement plans you may have for your wheels.  Also\, a discount will be offered to those attending (possibly about 10%) if you want to place an order for The Wheel Specialist to do work for you.  There will also be a professional photographer present. \nWe are not organising a lunch afterwards but we can arrange this on the day if there is interest.

DESCRIPTION:Sunday 24th March 10:00am will be our first run of the year.\nOur route starts at Scotch Corner Southbound at the Travelodge hotel car park. (Depart 10:00am prompt) and takes us to England’s highest pub\, The Tan Hill Inn for a brief tea and cakes stop.\nWe then have a couple of viewpoints to take in at the Buttertubs Pass and Ribblehead Viaduct before stopping for a light lunch at the Wensleydale Creamery café. Reservations can not be made for the café. The café has plenty of seating\, but it can get busy so you may wish to take a picnic. (An alternative would be the café at Aysgarth Falls) Leaving the creamery we head for home\, where you may wish to visit the magnificent Aysgarth falls on your way. The Black Horse Beamish is just a short distance off the A1 so is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We usually have a good variety of Alpinas\, BMWs and Modern Minis – classics\, moderns\, daily drivers and a scattering of Ms. Non-BMWs are also OK! Look for the big group somewhere in the pub building\, or hanging around the cars down by the Car Barn on a sunny day. This meeting is open to members and non-members.
