SUMMARY:North East Region Breakfast Meet
DESCRIPTION:Our next monthly breakfast meeting will be on Sunday 8th February 2026. We meet from 10.00am to 11.30am at Black Horse Beamish\, Red Row\, Beamish\, Co. Durham\, DH9 0RW. We park down by the Car Barn\, and then walk up to the Black Horse for breakfast We do not pay to use the venue\, so buying a coffee or bacon roll helps justify our use of the facilities.  Please be there early if you want a good parking spot and to join us for breakfast at discounted club rates. Please help us by clicking ‘going’ on the Facebook event so that we can pass on numbers to the pub. \nThe Black Horse Beamish is just a short distance off the A1 so is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We usually have a good variety of Alpinas\, BMWs and Modern Minis – classics\, moderns\, daily drivers and a scattering of Ms. Non-BMWs are also OK! Look for the big group somewhere in the pub building\, or hanging around the cars down by the Car Barn on a sunny day. This meeting is open to members and non-members.

DESCRIPTION:Ok It’s February and 2026 is the 60th anniversary of the BMW ‘02 series cars so on the 22nd of February we are holding special event for all “2” cars !Leaving Two Ball Lonnen in Newcastle at 10:22 am the run will be take us through the twin counties of Northumberland and Durham\, ending up at Twice Brewed Inn where suitable sustenance can be taken if required. There will be a comfort stop/coffee break at the Hemmel Cafe in Allenheads en-route In order to qualify for the event you must submit your car details in the Facebook event discussion and say why it is eligible ! https://www.facebook.com/events/1945618532976684?active_tab=aboutIt could be a “2 Series” or perhaps a “Bi-Turbo”.
