DESCRIPTION:Our popular monthly breakfast meets continues for the summer at Sherburn Aero Club. We can’t park on the apron now but we will have even more space on the grass next to the apron. Look out for the direction signs when you arrive. The Sherburn breakfast meets will continue up to and including the September 6th meet. For the October 2025 to April 2026 meets\, we will be at The Motorist. Easy to remember\, the first Saturday of every month. \nOur breakfast meets are open to all BMW\, Alpina\, and modern MINI owners and enthusiasts\, club members or not. We are an inclusive group looking to enhance the enjoyment for all owners and enthusiasts. If you want to support our activities and get more involved\, as well as receive a glossy monthly magazine and lots of other perks\, do think about joining the BMW Car Club GB\, the ONLY official BMW owners club in the UK recognised and supported by BMW.

SUMMARY:North East Region Breakfast Meet
DESCRIPTION:Our next monthly breakfast meeting will be on Sunday 8th June 2025. We meet from 10.00am to 11.30am at Black Horse Beamish\, Red Row\, Beamish\, Co. Durham\, DH9 0RW. Please be there for 10am prompt if you want to join us for breakfast at discounted club rates. Please help us by clicking ‘going’ on the Facebook event so that we can pass on numbers to the pub. Arrive early if you want a good parking spot ! \nThe Black Horse Beamish is just a short distance off the A1 so is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. We usually have a good variety of Alpinas\, BMWs and Modern Minis – classics\, moderns\, daily drivers and a scattering of Ms. Non-BMWs are also OK! Look for the big group somewhere in the pub building\, or hanging around the cars down by the Car Barn on a sunny day. This meeting is open to members and non-members.

DESCRIPTION:Join the Eastern Region for a monthly evening get together at The British Oak\, Mosborough\, Sheffield S20 5AY from 6.30pm to 10pm. \nThe evening meet happens on the second Thursday of every month. \nThe British Oak has a wide range of drinks on offer along with a menu full of Great British Classics. \nWe have our own reserved area within the pub but on those warm evenings you can find us outside in the large and inviting beer garden. \nThe British Oak has two sizeable car parks available and we try to park in the larger car park at the rear of the pub. \nCome along and join us for some friendly conversation and some obligatory tyre kicking (weather permitting). DESCRIPTION:Our annual summer evening ‘Show n Shine’ meet up. So get polishing if you want to be considered for a prize.Cars will be observed on external appearance only\, we won’t be opening doors\, boots or bonnets.An award for the ‘Car of the Day’ that catches our eye will be presented around 8pm.\nWe are guests at the weekly ‘Wings & Wheels’ event but we have our own reserved parking area\, bays 1 and 2 right in front of The Arnage\, please look out for the club flags.\nAs well as the Show n Shine there will be the usual banter at the bar and food will be on if you are hungry. We have a large table reserved from 6pm.So don’t be shy\, come and join us.This is always a good night out.

SUMMARY:THRUXTON RETRO Friday - Sunday 20th - 22nd JUNE
DESCRIPTION:As per last year we have booked a club display for this year at the Thruxton Retro. This is now a three day event\, but with club displays only on the Saturday and Sunday. The good news is that the three day ticket \,at £30 per adult is only £2 more than last year’s weekend ticket. These are purchased directly from Thruxton as outlined lower down.  \nWe have asked to be where we were last year\, on the banking opposite the Thruxton Centre.  \nOnce you have booked\, please let me know which day(s) of the weekend that you are attending.  \nUpdate…with further confirmation that there is no club display on Friday we have been asked to park in the main grass field and then walk in through the entry point at the top of the field into the circuit\, adjacent to the skidpan. DESCRIPTION:The BMW Car Club GB will be attending the BMW Show at Santa Pod Raceway\, Airfield Road\, Poddington NN29 7XA on Sunday 22nd June 2025.
