Throughout 2025 at our Sherburn Aero Club and The Motorist breakfast meets, we have been choosing our Car of the Day. The Car of the Day award is presented at our January to November breakfast meets at Sherburn Aero Club and The Motorist. The Car of the Day winner receives a certificate and a plaque, as well as being entered into the competition to win the region Car of the Year. Winners of the Car of the Day award in 2026 will also win detailing products from Meguiars.
At the region AGM at the start of December, the AGM attendees get to vote for the Car of the Year from the list of Car of the Day winners, with the winner of Car of the Year being presented at the region Christmas lunch at The Motorist.
The clear winner for 2025 was Rob Aindow with his stunning 8-series 840Ci. In addition to being the region flag bearer, Rob also received the Car of the Year award and detailing products from Meguiars. Congratulations to Rob and we look forward to seeing your car at 2026 events and as our flag bearer car at BMW Live 2026 @ Oulton Park.
